When is the best time to Blog?
Posted by admin on January, 26th 2011Recently Google finally updated their PageRank scores across the internet and both of our major websites both blogged about it within 20 minutes of the first report.
JunoWebDesign.com has the advantage of having it’s blog posts entered directly into Google’s news feed, look at the traffic spike it produced when it blogged about the page rank update:

At last, Google have updated their PageRank score on web-pages across the whole of the internet!
The last Google Toolbar PageRank update was way back on the 2nd of April 2010 and it’s been a huge wait this time around with 2009 having 5 updates and 2010 having only one.

Do your English skills count as a ranking factor in SEO or is your general content more important?
Say you were building a brand new search engine, what are the advantages and disadvantages of checking and ranking for grammar and spelling?
Advantages of ranking well written content highly
- If grammar and spelling are correct the content is more likely to be of good quality
- No software would be required to correct spellings or grammar, it would be much quicker to process

Google Fix Search Engine Results!

Before anyone sues don’t panic… Google have teamed up with the Samaritans and other charities to help people in need. If anyone is looking for ways to commit suicide for example they’ll notice the number to call the Samaritans who are especially trained to deal with anyone in a highly emotional state.
